The backups are stored off-site, so is safe even if your server is compromised. We will keep 90 days of backups.

WordPress is an evolving platform with new features, bug and security fixes being released regularly. The plugins and theme also push out updates to stay up-to-date and secure.

We will safely update all of these components. On occasion, an update can cause a problem, so we will always create a backup before running any updates so your website can be restored if there is an issue. We can then advise how this problem can be resolved before attempting the update again.

Please note: With most premium plugins and themes you will only get 1 year of updates included with the license. So you may need to pay an annual fee to the plugin developer to access future updates. We can advise you if this is the case for your website.

Our SEO ranking tool can be set up to monitor your target keywords so you will know how well your site is performing and how your main competitors are doing.

We will monitor your website 24/7 and let you know if you website is down so we can come up with a plan to get the site back online.

Typically, the largest assets on a modern website are the images. A large 1mb image can load reasonably fast on a home broadband connection, however, on a 3G connection it can take a lot longer and also cost the user a lot of mobile data.

We will install and configure a premium image processing and serving plugin so that your images are as small as possible and being served in the most efficient way. This will all happen on a cloud server so your server doesn’t have any extra overhead.

Every month we will compile a report detailing all the work completed on your website so you know exactly what has happened as well as any recommendations to further improve your website.
